Absolutely terrible customer service . Jadson was so disrespectful and gave my husband and I attitude after I had gone to 3 different stores because they didn’t have the part we needed , and all we needed was a simple exchange . I explained why we came to this location and with the most attitude he said “well then why didn’t they do it “ obviously because they didn’t have it and they sent me here !!! So rude and didn’t even help with the exchange made us purchase a whole new piece . Terrible service never going back here again !!!!
I think her name was Kelly but she did and awesome job helping me change my headlight . She has great customer service and a awesome attitude. Great energy .

I had a great experience at Autozone, in Litchfield, today. Zach was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable!! I thought i needed a battery, but it was just dirty connectors. Charlene, the assistant manager, was very helpful & friendly. I will definitely be back!!! My new favorite Autozone.
I was only here for a short time this morning but I just want to say I had very friendly and great service from Derek and Charlee today. Honestly, what I came in for ended up being a non-problem but I still want to thank them for being so kind and willing to help- especially Derek who took parts of my car apart to identify the issue I was having. Thank you both so much!
